Looking at the reality star, Kim Kardashian, it would be hard to guess that she is only 5’3 and 116 pounds because of her curvy Marilyn Monroe-esque features. There’s no doubt Kim is one of the hottest, richest, and well known celebrities in America, love her or hate her. But what is the Kim Kardashian weight loss secret?

The 30+ year old has several celebrity weight loss tools to keep her both slender, but “satisfying” figure.

The first step to Kim Kardashian weight loss is working out twice a day.

She begins her day early in the morning with cardio, focusing mainly on treadmill runs and ending with either strength training or Pilates. She often trains with her brother Rob, who doesn’t seem to be a stranger to the gym either.

The second step to Kim Kardashian weight loss is her impeccable diet. 

Kim claims to have virtually eliminated gluten containing foods from her diet such as potatoes, grains, cereals, and toasts. She’s also said goodbye to all that processed sugar in her diet as well as the dairy products in her life. And from the looks of that body- it seems to have paid off.
Through her methods, Kim has claimed that she lost 6 pounds in 7 days. It would seem that the Kim Kardashian weight loss plan is a simple combination of a healthy “Paleo-diet” which excludes processed foods like grains and focuses on high protein foods such as fish and vegetables and also a focus on vigorous exercises.


Kim Kardashian maintaining a healthy diet is especially admirable due to all the recent turmoil in her life. She’s recently gone through a divorce with her NBA star husband, Kris Humphries, which is a stressful factor for anyone in their lives.

“I think I need to not live in a fairy-tale like that,” said Kim- who bought a fleet of Rolls Royce Phantoms for her wedding ceremony. “I think I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic.”

Anyone else might have gone into a lapse of depression and headed for the nearest box of Pringles, but not according to the Kim Kardashian weight loss doctrine. Her health and fitness are paramount to her career, so she must maintain her pettiness in order to be a viable Hollywood commodity like most starlets in the Industry. She’s smarter and more consistent than the media gives her credit for and her hard work, dedication, and fortitude is subject for acknowledgement.
